【摘要】 目的分析该院门急诊抗菌药物的应用特点及某些不合理使用情况,查找其原因,提出合理建议,减少不合理用药情况,促进临床合理、安全用药。方法通过对该院2017年全年门急诊处方抗菌药物使用情况随机抽查统计,计算门急诊处方抗菌药物的使用率、抗菌药物不合理使用率等,设计相关表格对上述方法获得的资料和数据进行统计分析,并对该院抗菌药物应用的合理性作出评价。结果在调查抽取的8 218张处方中,不合理用药处方338张,占总处方的4.11%,即处方合格率为95.89%。结论处方点评制度的实施规范了医师的处方行为,提高了处方质量,促进了临床药物合理应用,同时为临床药师参与临床用药实践提供了机遇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application characteristics and some irrational use of antibiotics in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital,find out the reasons,put forward reasonable suggestions to reduce unreasonable use of antibiotics,and promote rational and safe use of antibiotics in clinic.Methods The use of antibiotics in outpatient and emergency prescriptions in our hospital in 2017 was randomly sampled and analyzed.The utilization rate of antibiotics and irrational use rate of antibiotics in outpatient and emergency prescriptions were calculated.Designing related tables to make statistical analysis of the data and data obtained by the above methods,and evaluated the rationality of the application of antibiotics in the hospital.Results Among the 8 218 prescriptions selected in the survey,338 were unreasonable prescriptions,accounting for 4.11%of the total prescriptions.The qualified rate of prescription was 95.89%.Conclusion The implementation of prescription review system standardizes the prescription behavior of physicians,improves the prescription quality,promotes the rational application of clinical drugs,and provides opportunities for clinical pharmacists to participate in clinical drug practice.更多还原
