【摘要】 目的评价1型糖尿病儿童的血糖控制情况,探讨1型糖尿病儿童血糖控制情况与其生存质量间的关系。方法采用量表Diabetes Quality of Life for Youths评价2013-2018年度糖尿病夏令营儿童生存质量,现场抽血检查糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平。所有统计分析均使用SAS8.0统计软件。结果 93名1型糖尿病儿童中,HbA1c水平达到控制目标者33名,占35.48%,HbA1c水平波动在4.9%～7.9%。1型糖尿病儿童生存质量较低[总分为(75.14±19.35分)],在影响度维度、担忧度维度、满意度维度、自我健康评估方面得分分别为(26.74±7.85)、(23.13±6.60)、(22.60±6.29)、(2.67±0.86)分。1型糖尿病儿童HbA1c水平与生存质量各维度评分均呈正相关(r影响度=0.72,P<0.000 1;r担忧度=0.65,P<0.000 1;r满意度=0.72,P<0.000 1;r自我总体健康评分=0.27,P=0.009 3)。结论 1型糖尿病儿童血糖控制差,生存质量较低。且血糖控制情况越差,生存质量越低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the glycemic control in type 1 diabetic children,and to explore the relationship between glycemic control and quality of life in children with type 1 diabetes.Methods Using modified Diabetes Quality of Life for Youths scale to measure the quality of life of children who participated in Diabetes summer camp in 2013-2018,and blood samples were taken on site to check for HbA1 c.All statistical analyses were analyzed by SAS8.0 statistical software.Results The people who′s HbA1 cbe controled in 93 people type 1 diabetic children was 33 people,accounting for 35.48%,HbA1 cnumerical fluctuation was4.9%-7.9%.The quality of life of type 1 diabetic children was low(total score:75.14±19.35).The effect in effect scale,worry scale,satisfaction scale,self-evaluation were significantly(scores of 26.74±7.85,23.13±6.60,22.60±6.29,2.67±0.86,respectively).There were positive correlation between HbA1 cand subscales of Diabetes Quality of Life of type 1 diabetic children(reffect scale=0.72,P<0.000 1;rwolly scale=0.65,P<0.000 1;rsatisfaction scale=0.72,P<0.000 1;rself-evaluation=0.27,P=0.009 3).Conclusion Type 1 diabetic children have poor glycemic control,lower quality of life.And the worse the glycemic control control,the lower the quality of life.更多还原
