【摘要】 目的探讨专科临床药师培养模式,提高专科临床药师培养质量。方法将2015年3月至2018年3月入该院学习的专科临床药师随机分为常规教学组及CPPM教学组,带教药师分别采用相应的教学法分2个阶段进行教学,第1阶段以案例教学为主,第2阶段以临床实践为主。比较2种教学法在专科临床药师培养中的作用。结果 2组第2阶段教学药历评分与案例分析评分均高于第1阶段,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第1阶段带教结束后,2组教学药历评分与案例分析评分差距不大,CPPM教学组略高于常规教学组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而第2阶段带教结束后,CPPM教学组教学药历评分与案例分析评分远高于常规教学组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CPPM教学组专科临床药师的满意度明显高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在带教结束时,CPPM教学组专科临床药师对带教的满意度达到了100.0%。结论与常规教学方法比较,CPPM教学法更能激发专科临床药师的学习兴趣,进一步提高其分析问题和解决问题的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the training mode of specialist clinical pharmacists and improve the quality of clinical pharmacists training.Methods Clinical pharmacists enrolled in the institute from March 2015 to March 2018 were randomly assigned to the conventional teaching group and CPPM teaching group.The teaching methods for pharmacists were divided into two stages,the first stage was based on case teaching,and the second stage was based on clinical practice,and the effects of the two teaching methods on the training of clinical pharmacists were compared.Results The scores of teaching medical history and case analysis in the second stage of the two groups were higher than those in the first stage,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of stage 1,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of calc score and case study score,and the CPPM teaching group was slightly higher than the conventional teaching group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At the end of phase 2,CPPM was significantly higher than that of the conventional teaching group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CPPM teaching group had significantly higher satisfaction than the conventional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of coaching,CPPM teaching group had a 100.0%satisfaction rate with clinical pharmacists.Conclusion In comparison with conventional teaching methods,CPPM teaching method is more effective in stimulating the learning interest of clinical pharmacists and improving their ability to analyze and solve problems.更多还原
