【摘要】 目的运用质性分析探讨90后患者重症监护病房(ICU)住院体验与应对方式,为制定临床护理依据提供参考。方法采用质性研究中现象学方法对湖北省十堰市、武汉市两地11例ICU住院患者进行半结构式深度访谈,收集资料并分析访谈资料。结果提炼出4个主题:躯体感知力及自控力缺失,渴望正向沟通与互动,空间环境不适感,建立未来生活信心。结论建立以患者为中心的研究思路与方法,了解90后患者ICU住院体验及应对方式,可为制定临床护理干预提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and explore the hospitalization experience and coping style of post-90 spatients in ICU by using the qualitative study to provide reference for formulating clinical nursing care.Methods The phenomenological method in the qualitative study was adopted to conduct the semi-structured depth interviews,collected the data and analyzed the interview data on11 inpatients in ICU from Shiyan and Wuhan.Results The four subjects were extracted:loss of body perception and self-control,longing for positive communication and interaction,spatial environment discomfort and building confidence in the future of life.Conclusion Establishing the patient-centered study idea and method and understanding the hospitalization experience and coping style of post-90 spatients in ICU can provide reference for formulating clinical nursing intervention.更多还原
