【摘要】 目的了解精神分裂症与酒精所致精神障碍治疗前后事件相关电位(ERP)检查结果的差异。方法对2015年1月至2016年9月该院收治的住院治疗的精神分裂症患者32例和酒精所致精神障碍患者32例(符合国际疾病分类-10诊断标准)药物治疗前后进行ERP检查,比较精神分裂症与酒精所致精神障碍患者治疗前后ERP的变化。结果 2组患者治疗前ERP各导联额、顶2个电极检查值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);精神分裂症患者治疗前后失匹配负波潜伏期延迟和等级分布比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),认知形成潜伏期延长和等级分布比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);酒精所致精神障碍患者治疗前后失匹配负波潜伏期延迟和等级分布、认知形成潜伏期延长和等级分布比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者治疗后认知形成具有较明显的改善,但不良情绪无明显改善。酒精所致精神障碍患者治疗后不良情绪和认知形成均得到改善,酒精所致精神障碍和精神分裂症在不良情绪与精神病性症状因果方面可能不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the difference of event related potential(ERP)detection results before and after treatment between the patients with schizophrenia and alcohol caused mental disorders.Methods Thirty-two inpatients with schizophrenia and 32 inpatients with alcohol caused mental disorders(in accordance with international claasification of diseases-10 diagnostic criteria)in this hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 conducted the ERP detection before medication treatment.Then the ERP changes before and after treatment were compared between the patients with schizophrenia and patients with alcohol caused mental disorders.Results The detection values at forehead and top electrodes in each ERP lead before treatment had no statistical difference between the patients with schizophrenia and patients with alcohol caused mental disorders(P>0.05).The mismatch negativity(MMN)latent period delay and grade distribution in the patients with schizophrenia had no statistical difference between before and after treatment(P>0.05),while the cognitive formation latent period delay and grade distribution had statistical difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05);which in the patients with alcohol caused mental disorders had statistically significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive formation in the patient with schizophrenia is significantly improved after treatment,but the unhealthy emotions have no obvious improvement.The unhealthy emotions and cognitive formation after treatment in the patients with alcohol caused mental disorders are improved.Therefore alcohol caused mental disorders and schizophrenia may be different in the aspects of unhealthy emotions and psychotic symptoms cause and effect.更多还原
