【摘要】 目的探讨脑心通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀片对急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月至2018年5月在莒南县中医医院住院的急性缺血性脑卒中患者76例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。比较2组患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素-C(Cys-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平及临床疗效,并采用简易精神状态检查(MMSE)和画钟测试(CDT)评估2组患者认知功能水平。结果治疗后,2组患者血清Hcy、Cys-C、hs-CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C水平均优于治疗前,且观察组患者各指标水平明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者MMSE评分和CDT评分均高于治疗前,且观察组患者评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用脑心通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀片治疗急性缺血性脑卒中有助于减轻炎性反应,调节血脂水平,改善患者认知功能,提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Naoxintong capsule combined with atorvastatin tablets on acute ischemic stroke.Methods 76 patients with acute ischemic stroke hospitalized in Junan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to May 2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,38 cases in each group.The serum levels of homocysteine(Hcy),cystatin-C(Cys-C),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Simple Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Clock Painting Test(CDT)were used to assess cognitive function in the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum levels of Hcy,Cys-C,hsCRP,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the levels of each index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of MMSE and CDT in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong capsule combined with atorvastatin tablets in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke is helpful to alleviate inflammatory response,regulate blood lipid level,improve cognitive function of patients,and improve clinical efficacy.更多还原
