【摘要】 目的观察益气和胃胶囊联合莫沙比利治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年9月至2017年9月甘肃省武威肿瘤医院消化内科收治的100例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予莫沙比利治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予益气和胃胶囊治疗,治疗3个月后检测血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)和胃泌素,对比分析两组临床疗效。结果观察组患者的总有效率为90.0%(45/50),明显高于对照组患者的78.0%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后血清sIL-2R水平显著性降低,血清胃泌素水平显著升高。与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后血清sIL2-R水平均显著降低,血清胃泌素水平均显著增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气和胃胶囊联合莫沙比利治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe on the clinical effect of YiQiHeWei capsule combined with mosapride in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to the department of gastroenterology,Wuwei Cancer Hospital from September 2014 to September 2017 were selected as research objects,which were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride.The observation group was treated with YiQiHeWei capsule on the basis of the control group.Serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2 R)and gastrin were detected 3 months after treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.0%(45/50),which was higher than the control group[78.0%(39/50)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared to before treatment,the serum sIL-2 Rlevel was significantly reduced in both groups,and the serum gastrin increased significantly.Compared with the control group,the serum sIL-2 R level decreased significantly,and the serum gastrin level increased significantly,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion YiQiHeWei capsule and mosapride can gain notable clinical effects in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.更多还原
