【摘要】 目的探讨乳康胶囊治疗女性乳腺增生的效果及对血清激素水平的影响。方法选取甘肃省武威肿瘤医院2017年1-12月乳腺科门诊治疗的195例乳腺增生女性患者作为研究对象,分为对照组(96例)和观察组(99例)。对照组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,观察组给予乳康胶囊治疗。治疗前及治疗3个月后检测患者血清孕酮(P)、泌乳素(PRL)和雌二醇(E2)水平,同时观察临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率为89.9%(89/99),明显高于对照组的78.1%(75/96),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,2组患者治疗后血清E2和PRL水平显著降低,血清P水平显著上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后相比,观察组治疗后血清E2和PRL水平均显著下降,血清P水平均显著上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳康胶囊治疗女性乳腺增生效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical effects of Rukang capsule in the treatment of breast hyperplasia and its effect on serum hormone levels.Methods All 195 patients with breast hyperplasia who were treated in the outpatient department of Galactophore in Gansu Wuwei Tumour Hospital from January and December 2017 were randomly allocated to the observation group (99cases)and the control group (96cases).The observation group took Rukang capsule,and the control group took Guizhifulin capsule.Both groups were treated for 3months consecutively.Serum progesterone (P),prolactin (PRL)and estradiol (E2)were detected,and clinical effects were observed.Results Total effective rate of the observation group was 89.9% (89/99),higher than 78.1% (75/96)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum E2 and PRL level were significantly reduced in both groups,and the serum P level increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the serum E2 and PRL level decreased significantly,and the serum P level increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Rukang capsule can gain notable clinical effects in treating breast hyperplasia.更多还原
