【摘要】 "篮子试验"(basket trial)及"雨伞试验"(umbrella trial)是肿瘤精准医疗框架下开展的创新性临床试验,蕴含中医辨证论治的精神实质——"同病异治"和"异病同治",体现了中医辨证论治的科学性。证候及基因是中西医辨治疾病的不同途径,有异曲同工、殊途同归之妙。本文提出将证候与基因的内在联系具体化,有助于进一步挖掘中医肿瘤辨证论治与肿瘤精准医疗间的深层联系,使中医药更好地服务于临床,同时为中医辨证论治科学性提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Basket trial" and "umbrella trial" are innovative clinical trials carried out under the framework of precision medicine, which contains the essence of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment — "different treatments for the same disease" and "the same treatment for different diseases", specifically reflects the scientificalness of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. Syndromes and genes are different ways of treating diseases in TCM and Western medicine, which have the wonder of using different approaches to achieve equally satisfactory results. This article proposed to clarify the internal relationship between syndromes and genes, and help to further explore the deep connection between TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment for tumor and tumor precision medicine, so that TCM can better serve the clinic, and provide a theoretical basis for scientificalness of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.更多还原
