【摘要】 帕金森病以四肢震颤、肢体僵硬、运动迟缓、姿势异常为主要特征,以中老年发病居多,缓慢进展。本病的发生与脑、肝、脾、肾等密切相关,多由阴阳平衡失调,精气血津液衰少,风火痰瘀内生,筋脉失养,元神失于司控所致。源自《金匮要略》八味肾气丸乃补阳滋阴、阴中求阳、从阴引阳之方,用于治疗肾阳虚衰之证。后世医家根据临床需要,衍化出归芍地黄丸、麦味地黄丸、知柏地黄丸、杞菊地黄丸、参芪地黄丸等地黄丸系列方。本文结合案例总结临床应用地黄丸系列方治疗帕金森病经验,根据不同时期、不同证型,选用相应方剂,灵活加减,收效颇著,临床表明地黄丸系列方能控制症状,减缓病情进展,减低致残程度,明显提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Parkinson disease is characterized by abnormal tremor, limb stiffness, delayed movement and abnormal posture. The incidence of middle-aged and elderly people is mostly slow progress. The occurrence of this disease is closely related to the brain, liver, spleen and kidney, which is mainly caused by imbalance of yin and yang, loss of qi, blood and fluid, stasis of wind, fire and phlegm, dystrophy of meridians, and Yuanshen out of control. Dihuang Pills originated from Bawei Shenqi Pills in Jin Gui Yao Lue, which is the prescription of tonifying yang and yin, seeking yang from yin, and retrieving yin from yang, which is used to treat syndromes of kidney-yang deficiency. Doctors in the history developed Guishao Dihuang Pills, Maiwei Dihuang Pills, Zhibai Dihuang Pills, Qiju DihuangPills and Shenqi Dihuang Pills according to clinical needs.
