轻便摩托车道路行驶特征及排放测试循环研究

【摘要】 通过在济南、温岭等地进行路谱采集,获得了轻便摩托车实际道路行驶状况。通过计算得到了轻便摩托车在中国的实际行驶特征,并对合成的轻便摩托车测试工况进行了分析。通过国Ⅳ与欧Ⅴ排放测试循环的对比分析发现,合成测试循环与国Ⅳ测试循环有很大差别,尤其是加速比例、匀速比例相差悬殊,怠速比例、减速比例相差也较大;合成测试循环与欧Ⅴ测试循环也有一定的差别,相关数据已提交给联合国世界车辆法规协调论坛污染与能源工作组,为修改WMTC测试循环提供依据。

【Abstract】 Moped speed was collected second-by-second from representative areas in Jinan and Wenling.The real-world driving condition of mopeds was achieved in China. Then eleven characteristic parameters were calculated which can describe the driving features in real road. The developed cycle for moped was of 600 s, which was further compared with Euro V emission test cycle and national standard(GB 118176-2016) of China. The driving cycle in national standard adopts ECE R47 driving cycle, and significant differences were observed between the cycles, especially in acceleration ratio and cruise ratio. There were also some differences between the developed cycle and Euro V cycle. The relevant data has been presented to the Working Party on Pollution and Energy(GRPE) to revise WMTC cycle for moped.
