基于MATLAB的全地形车辆被动悬架动力学分析
Dynamic Analysis of Passive Suspension of a Utility Vehicle based on MATLAB
【摘要】 主要针对某型号全地形车辆的悬架系统动力学进行了研究。首先根据车辆数据建立前悬架系统三维模型,然后将其简化抽象为四分之一车辆数学模型;分别利用状态空间模型、传递函数和Matlab/Simulink模块对建立的数学模型进行求解,与使用ODE45函数编程求得的结果一致;以簧载质量位移和加速度作为评价指标对车辆振动特性进行分析。此外,还研究了悬架阻尼对车辆振动的影响,对于改善车辆振动特性具有一定的理论指导意义。
【Abstract】 The objective of this paper is to investigate the dynamics of suspension system of a utility vehicle. Firstly, a three-dimensional model of the vehicle front suspension system is established based on the vehicle data. Then the actual vehicle structures are simplified and abstracted into a one-quarter vehicle model, and its mathematical model is established. Other three methods are also introduced to solve the differential equations of motion, which are the Sate Space Model, the Transfer Function and the Matlab/Simulink module with MATLAB after the differential equations of motion are solved through the ODE 45 solver function programming. Besides, the vibration characteristics of the vehicle are analyzed by the sprung mass displacement and acceleration as the evaluation index of ride comfort. In addition, the effect of suspension damping on vehicle vibration is examined, which has a certain theoretical guidance significance for improving the vibration characteristics of the vehicle.
