聚羧酸减水剂的物理结构对其分散性影响研究
Study on the influence of the physical structure of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on its dispersibility
【摘要】 聚羧酸减水剂其常见的作用机理已经相对成熟,有静电斥力、空间位阻、水膜润滑作用等,而关于减水剂分子构象方面的研究较少,通过测试合成的3种侧链密度不同的减水剂的粒径对其分散性的影响,以及Zeta电位在水泥水化过程中的变化情况来探究减水剂在水泥中的作用情况。
【Abstract】 The common mechanism of action of polycarboxylate superplasticizers has been relatively mature,including electrostatic repulsion,steric hindrance,water film lubrication,etc.,and there are few studies on the molecular conformation of water reducers. By testing the effect of particle size of water-reducing agent with three different side-chain densities on its dispersibility,and the change of zeta potential in cement hydration process to explore the role of water-reducing agent in cement.
