纤维增强泡沫玻璃陶瓷复合建筑保温材料研究

【摘要】 在Na2O-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2-H2O系水合玻璃溶胶中外掺短切玻璃纤维和粉煤灰,经2步热处理工艺:包含低温发泡热处理及高温去羟基化热处理,制备纤维增强低温泡沫玻璃陶瓷复合材料。试验结果表明:掺入玻璃纤维后,复合材料在去羟基化热处理后体积收缩率较未掺入玻璃纤维时降低了16.4%,抗压强度提高了5%~38%,且玻璃纤维直径越大,复合材料的体积收缩越小,增强效果越好。所制备的复合建筑保温材料体积密度为174~207 kg/m3,抗压强度为0.39~0.45 MPa,导热系数为0.061 W/(m·K),软化系数为0.87~0.89。

【Abstract】 Fiber reinforced low-temperature foam glass ceramic composites were prepared by Na2 O-B2 O3-Al2 O3-SiO2-H2 O hydrated glass sol,with the addition of crystalline mineral powder fly ash and glass fiber. The two-step heat treatment process includes foaming at low temperature and getting rid of the hydroxyl at high temperature. The results show that after the introduction of glass fiber,the volume shrinkage of the material decreases by 16.4% and the compressive strength increases by 5% ~38%compared with that without the introduction of glass fiber. The larger the diameter of glass fiber,the smaller the volume shrinkage and the better the reinforcement effect the material. Finally,the composite building thermal insulation materials were prepared,with density 174~207 kg/m3,compressive strength 0.39~0.45 MPa,thermal conductivity 0.061 W/(m·K) and softening coefficient 0.87~0.89.
