影响生物质锅炉炉膛温度相关参数的主成分分析
Principal Components Analysis of Furnace Temperature Related Parameters of Biomass Boiler
【摘要】 生物质电站锅炉由于入炉燃料多样化,导致运行操作参数需要不断地进行调整和优化。运行操作参数中隐藏了大量信息,研究采用主成分分析方法,对某生物质电站锅炉运行操作参数进行分析,结果表明,采用四个主成分可以获得空气分配、工质、燃烧用空气入口参数对锅炉运行温度的影响作用,并通过建立回归模型,对主成分的贡献度进行了定量分析。
【Abstract】 Operation parameters of power plant boiler needs to be adjusted and optimized continuously for diversification of biomass fuel, which hid a great deal of information. Research analyzes operation parameters of a biomass power plant boiler with principal component analysis method. Results show four principal components can achieve influence of air distribution,working medium, combustion air inlet parameters on temperature of boiler operation, and it carries on quantitative analysis to contribution of principal components based on establishment of regression model.
