河北省深泽县气温变化与急性心肌梗死发病的相关性研究
The relationship between the changes of temperature and the incidence of acute myocardial infarction in Shenze county of Hebei province
【摘要】 目的 探讨河北省深泽县气温变化对急性心肌梗死(AMI)发病的相关性。方法 连续入选2017年1月至2018年9月就诊于深泽县医院的AMI病例,调取深泽县气象台研究期间每日的最高温度、最低温度、平均温度、当日温差以及前2日的温差。比较AMI发病日、AMI频发日以及不同性别和年龄AMI发病日与无发病日的气温差异。建立多元回归分析的模型,分析气温变化与AMI发病的相关性。结果 2017年1月至2018年9月,深泽县医院累计收治AMI患者181例,其中男性139例、女性42例,≥65岁的患者98例。研究期间共计638 d,有AMI发病天数为147 d,无发病天数为491 d。AMI发病当日低温和平均温度低于无发病日(P<0.05)。AMI频发日当日高温、当日低温和当日平均气温低于非频发日(P<0.01)。男性AMI发病日前2日温差低于无男性AMI发病日(P=0.015)。女性AMI和老年AMI发病日与无女性AMI发病日当日温度、前1日温度和前2日温度均无明显差异(P均>0.05)。年轻AMI发病日当日高温、当日低温、当日平均气温和前2日温差明显低于无年轻AMI发病日(P均<0.05)。根据模型建立的多元线性方程为:y=0.196-0.003x2-0.022x4,b0=0.196,b2=-0.003,b5=-0.022,经检验,偏回归系数-0.003,-0.022的P值分别为0.042和0.021,按α=0.05水平判断显著性意义。结论 AMI发病与气温因素相关,年轻AMI和男性AMI患者受气温因素影响更明显。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of temperature and the incidence of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in Shenze county of Hebei province.Methods Consecutive 181 patients with AMI who were admitted in Shenze County Hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled in this study.The temperature every day during this period were obtained from Shenze County Meteorological Station.The maximum temperature,minimum temperature,average temperature,temperature difference every day and previous 2 days’ differences were compared between the the day with AMI incidence and without AMI incidence.The multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the changes of temperature and the incidence of acute myocardial infarction.Results A total of 181 AMI patients were admitted to Shenze County Hospital from January 2017 to September 2018,with 139 males and 42 females.During this period,there were 147 days with the incidence of AMI and 491 days without AMI.The minimum temperature and average temperature were lower in AMI days(P<0.05).The maximum temperature,minimum temperature and average temperature were lower in frequency day than those in the non-frequency day(P<0.01).The 2 days’ difference before AMI was lower in AMI day in male patients(P=0.015).There were no temperature differences between AMI days and non-AMI days in old patients and female patients.The maximum temperature,minimum temperature,average temperature and 2 days’ difference before AMI were lower in young patients with AMI(all P<0.05).The multiple linear equation was y=0.196-0.003 x2-0.022 x4,b0=0.196,b2=-0.003,b5=-0.022.Thepartial regression coefficients was-0.003 and-0.022,with the P value of 0.042 and 0.021.Conclusion The incidence of AMI is relate to the temperature.The young AMI patients and male patients are closely affected by the temperature.
