光学相干断层成像评价经桡动脉冠状动脉介入术对桡动脉结构的影响
Evaluation of the effect of transradial intervention on radial artery structure by optical coherence tomography
【摘要】 经桡动脉冠状动脉介入术(TRI)由于穿刺点出血并发症较少而应用广泛,然而近期有研究表明TRI与严重的桡动脉急慢性并发症有关。高分辨率的光学相干断层成像(OCT)能清晰地显示桡动脉管壁结构,是目前评价桡动脉急慢性结构损伤最准确的方法 。本文论述了OCT评价桡动脉结构的方法 和急慢性损伤研究的现状和局限性。
【Abstract】 Transradial intervention(TRI)is increasingly used because of the fewer access site bleeding complications.However,it is reported recently that TRI is associated with the significant acute and chronic injury to the radial artery.High-resolution optical coherence tomography(OCT)can show the vascular wall clearly,which is the most accurate method to evaluate the injury.In this paper we reviewed the method to evaluate the radial artery structure by OCT and present situation and limitations of studies on acute and chronic injury.
