【Abstract】 Low cardiac output syndrome is a common complication after pediatric cardiac surgery, which has brought many adverse effects on the prognosis of patients. Low cardiac output syndrome brings patients and society heavy burden, so early risk assessment and prevention become very important. At present, the prevention methods of low cardiac output syndrome are various. However, there is currently no effective risk prediction model for low cardiac output syndrome and a precise prevention program. This article review the current risk assessment and prediction methods and preventive measures of low cardiac output syndrome referencing the latest clinical research, aiming at providing reference for the prevention and clinical diagnosis and treatment of low cardiac output syndrome.更多还原
