基于元动作单元的机械产品任务可靠性分析
The mission reliability analysis of mechanical products based on meta-action unit
【摘要】 在对任务可靠性进行解读的基础上,提出一种基于元动作单元的产品任务可靠性分析方法。首先将产品功能分解到运动单元层(运动层)和元动作单元层(元动作层),并通过分析层次间的关系,定义各种关系的表达符号及含义,建立产品功能分解关系模型;然后寻找待评估元动作单元的相似单元,并建立待评估元动作单元及其相似单元相似性多评价点体系,利用模糊理论和熵权法分别从主、客观角度对各评价点的相似性权重进行计算;以相似单元可靠性数据为基础,应用vague集理论对待评估元动作单元各评价点的可靠度隶属性进行评价,并综合相似性和隶属性分析结果对待评估元动作单元进行可靠性分析;最后通过建立产品运动层和功能层的可靠性模型,在元动作单元可靠性基础上对运动可靠性和功能可靠性进行分析,从而得到产品的任务可靠性指标。以某换料机设备的任务可靠性分析为例验证了方法的可行性和有效性。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the nature of task reliability,a method of mission reliability analysis based on meta-action unit was proposed. Firstly,the product function was decomposed into the motion hierarchy and the action hierarchy,and through analysis of the relationship between hierarchies,the meanings and expression symbol of various relations was defined,and the function decomposition relation model was established; and then,seeking the similar meta-action units of the meta-action units in the metaaction lager,and establishing evaluation point system,using fuzzy theory and entropy method to calculate the similarity weight of every evaluation point from subjective and objective angles; based on the reliability data of similar units,the vague set theory was applied to evaluate reliability membership of the pending meta-action unit,and the reliability of the pending meta-action unit was carried out with the comprehensive similarity and reliability membership. Finally,the reliability model of the product layer and function layer was established,on the basis of the reliability calculation of the meta action unit,the reliability of the motion and function were predicted,and the task reliability index of the product was obtained. The feasibility of the method was verified by the mission reliability analysis of refueling machine equipment.
