【摘要】 目的观察包皮内板加包皮外板剔除术治疗包茎及包皮过长的临床效果。方法选取包茎及包皮过长患者200例,分A、B两组,各100例。结果 A、B两组疗效确切。两组手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间、疤痕形成情况、术后阴茎前段直径、满意度等指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后血肿需再次手术、再度狭窄、勃起性阴茎疼痛等指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用包皮内板加包皮外板剔除术治疗包茎及包皮过长疗效确切,术后反应轻,愈合快,外观好,疤痕不明显,前段相对粗大些,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of circumcision and foreskin plate removal in the treatment of phimosis and excessive foreskin. Methods 200 cases of phimosis and foreskin were selected, divided into a and B groups, with 100 cases in each group. Results The curative effect of A and B groups was accurate. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in operation time, intraoperative bleeding, healing time, scar formation, postoperative penile anterior diameter and satisfaction(P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the indexes of postoperative hematoma requiring reoperation, restenosis and erectile penile pain(P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of phimosis and circumcision is effective, the reaction is light after operation, the appearance is good, the scar is not obvious, the front section is relatively thick, it is worth popularizing.更多还原
