【摘要】 目的调查居家腹膜透析患者腹透外出口不良相关可控因素。方法该研究对2016年1月—2018年8月的101例腹透患者的外出口情况进行调查,并通过二分类Logistic回归分析居家腹透患者外出口不良相关相关影响因素。结果回归分析显示空气消毒与肿胀的发生相关(OR=0.061,95%CI:0.012～0.310,P<0.05);管路固定与结痂的发生相关(OR=0.487,95%CI:0.106～0.991,P<0.05);空气消毒与发红的发生相关(OR=0.106,95%CI:0.025～0.459,P<0.05);消瘦与疼痛的发生有关(OR=8.772,95%CI:1.521～50.591,P<0.05);空气消毒(OR=0.166,95%CI:0.028～0.098,P<0.05)、洗浴后出口护理(OR=0.049,95%CI:0.003～0.748,P<0.05)与分泌物的发生有关。结论每日的空气消毒、管道的妥善固定、规范的出口护理、定期的出口评估,是预防腹透出口感染的可控因素,护理人员应重点加强患者的培训教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the controllable factors related to poor external peritoneal dialysis in patients with peritoneal dialysis at home. Methods This study investigated the export situation of 101 peritoneal dialysis patients from January 2016 to August 2018, and analyzed related factors related to poor external export of home peritoneal dialysis patients by binary classification Logistic regression. Results Regression analysis showed that air disinfection was associated with swelling(OR =0.061, 95% CI:0.012-0.310, P <0.05); tube fixation was associated with scab formation(OR=0.487, 95% CI: 0.106-0.991, P<0.05); air disinfection was associated with redness(OR=0.106, 95% CI: 0.025-0.459, P<0.05); wasting was associated with pain(OR=8.772, 95% CI: 1.521-50.591, P<0.05); air disinfection(OR=0.166, 95% CI: 0.028-0.098, P<0.05), outlet care after bathing(OR=0.049, 95% CI: 0.003-0.748, P<0.05) and secretion Related to the occurrence of things. Conclusion Daily air disinfection, proper fixation of pipes, standardized export care, and regular export assessments are controllable factors to prevent peritoneal dialysis outlet infections.
