【摘要】 目的探究替吉奥结合顺铂治疗晚期甲胎蛋白(AFP)阳性胃癌患者的效果。方法选取该院2018年2—12月收治晚期AFP阳性胃癌患者60例为A组,均接受替吉奥联合顺铂治疗,治疗后实施胃癌根治术。选取同期接受的晚期AFP阴性患者60例为B组,治疗措施同A组。治疗后观察治疗效果,包括治疗总有效率、手术切除率、疾病缓释率、不良反应发生情况、中位无病生存期、无进展生存期及总生存期。结果 A组治疗总有效率75.00%,高于B组的48.33%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.932,P=0.005)。A组手术切除率、疾病缓释率均高于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.716、12.004,P=0.000、0.001)。两组不良反应发生率分别为11.67%、13.33%,对比差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.000,P=1.000)。A组中位无病生存期、无进展生存期及总生存期均长于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(t=53.825、33.955、26.180,P=0.000、0.000、0.000)。结论替吉奥结合顺铂治疗晚期AFP阳性胃癌患者的临床效果显著,具有较高临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of tigeol combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)-positive gastric cancer. Methods Sixty patients with advanced AFP-positive gastric cancer were enrolled in the hospital from February to December 2018. All patients were treated with Teggio combined with cisplatin. After radical treatment, gastric cancer was performed. 60 patients with advanced AFP-negative patients who received the same period were selected as group B, and the treatment measures were the same as group A. The therapeutic effects were observed after treatment, including total effective rate of treatment, surgical resection rate, disease release rate, adverse reaction occurrence, median disease-free survival, progression-free survival and overall survival. Results The total effective rate of group A was 75.00%, which was higher than that of group B(48.33%). The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=7.932, P=0.005). The surgical resection rate and disease release rate in group A were higher than those in group B, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=14.716, 12.004, P =0.000,0.001). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 11.67% and 13.33%, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant(χ~2=0.000, P=1.000). The median disease-free survival, progression-free survival and overall survival were longer in group A than in group B, and the difference was statistically significant(t =53.825,33.955, 26.180, P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000). Conclusion The clinical effect of tigeol combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced AFP-positive gastric cancer is significant and has a high clinical value.更多还原
