The Full Management Effect and Satisfaction Evaluation of Hepatitis B under the Guidance of Health Management Concept
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the full management effect and satisfaction of hepatitis B under the guidance of health management concept. Methods Clinical data were collected from 90 patients with hepatitis B treated by the department of gastroenterology from July 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital. According to different intervention programs, they were divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received the whole process management under the guidance of the health management concept. The self-protection ability, the way of coping and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total score of self-protection ability(155.25 ±22.84)points in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(t =12.090 0,P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher scores of facing(24.84 ±5.79)points, and lower scores of avoiding and giving up(13.62±5.28)points,(4.88±1.02 points)(t=2.763 7, 2.026 8, 7.589 5,P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than that of the control group(77.78%)(χ~2=4.405 6,P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of hepatitis B under the guidance of health management concept is significant. It can not only improve the patient’s self-care ability, but also help patients actively face the disease and improve their satisfaction.
