对比分析常规矫正与微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸中的效果

【摘要】 目的比较研究口腔正畸采用常规矫正与微型种植抗体的效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年2月该院收治的80例牙齿畸形患者,分为观察组与对照组;观察组患者采用微型种植体支抗干预,对照组患者采用常规矫正。比较两组患者临床疗效与软组织水肿、牙龈炎、牙龈松动并发症发生率,比较两组患者干预前后的LIMP、UI-SN值。结果对照组临床总有效率(77.50%)低于观察组(95.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.911,P=0.000<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的LI-MP、UI-SN优于对照组、治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t=4.932、6.357、2.634、5.994;P=0.000、0.002、0.010、0.000<0.05);观察组患者牙龈松动、软组织水肿与牙龈炎并发症总发生率(7.50%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.587,P=0.010<0.05)。结论在口腔正畸中应用微型种植体支抗比常规矫正的临床疗效高,还可有效降低不良反应发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of conventional correction and micro-implantation of antibodies for orthodontics. Methods Eighty patients with dental malformations admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to February2018 were enrolled. They were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with micro-implant anchorage, and the patients in the control group were treated with conventional correction. The clinical efficacy and soft tissue edema, gingivitis, and gingival loosening complications were compared between the two groups. The LI-MP and UI-SN values before and after intervention were also compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group(77.50%) was lower than that of the observation group(95.00%). The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=12.911, P=0.000<0.05). After treatment, LI-MP and UI-SN in the observation group were superior to the control group and the data before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.932, 6.357, 2.634, 5.994; P=0.000, 0.002, 0.010, 0.000<0.05). The total incidence of gingival loosening,soft tissue edema and gingivitis was 7.50% in the observation group, which was lower than that of the control group(20.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.587, P=0.010<0.05). Conclusion The application of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontics is more effective than conventional correction, which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
