【摘要】 目的探讨康复护理对社区精神分裂症患者服药依从性和生活质量的影响。方法便利抽样法选取2016年3月—2017年3月78例社区精神分裂症患者,摸球法分为研究组(康复护理)与对照组(常规护理)。对比两组护理效果。结果①研究组服药依从率(94.87%)高于对照组(76.92%)(χ~2=5.186,P=0.023);②干预后,研究组、对照组整体健康评分(68.95±8.74)分、(64.57±3.05)分(t=2.955,P=0.002),且各维度评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区精神分裂症患者中应用康复护理的效果更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the medication compliance and quality of life of patients with community schizophrenia. Methods 78 cases of patients with community schizophrenia admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the study group used the rehabilitation nursing, while the control group used the routine nursing, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results 1.The medication compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(94.87% vs 76.92%, χ~2=5.186, P=0.023); 2.after intervention, the holistic health scores in the study group and in the control group were respectively(68.95±8.74)points and(64.57±3.05)points, and various dimension scores were better than those in the control group(t=2.955, P=0.002,P<0.05).
