Er3+/Nd3+, Nd3+/Gd3+掺杂PZN-9PT晶体的光学及电学性能
Optical and Electrical Properties of Er3+/Nd3+ and Nd3+/Gd3+ Doped PZN-9PT Crystals
【摘要】 采用高温溶液法生长了钙钛矿结构PZN-9PT:Er3+/Nd3+和PZN-9PT:Nd3+/Gd3+晶体,晶体最大尺寸可达5 mm×4 mm×4 mm。PZN-9PT:Er3+/Nd3+和PZN-9PT:Nd3+/Gd3+晶体表现出较高的铁电-顺电相变温度(174.3和165.2℃)、大的剩余极化强度(23和40μC·cm-2)以及大的矫顽场(22和20 kV·cm-1),这些优异的电学性能有望使其应用于大功率超声换能器和水声换能器。在800 nm波长激光激发下,两种晶体均表现出从近红外光到蓝光和绿光的发射带,蓝光和绿光的发射带分别对应于Nd3+从4G9/2,2G7/2能级到基态4I9/2级的跃迁以及Er3+2H11/2→4I15/2能级的跃迁发射(绿光)。
【Abstract】 PZN-9 PT:Er/Nd and PZN-9 PT:Nd/Gd crystals with perovskite structure were grown by the high-temperature solution method. The maximum size of PZN-9 PT:Nd/Gd crystals was 5 mm×4 mm×4 mm. PZN-9 PT:Er/Nd and PZN-9 PT:Nd/Gd crystals exhibit high ferroelectric-paraelectric phase transition temperatures as 174.3 and 165.2 ℃, respectively, large residual polarization intensities as 23 and 40 μC·cm-2, respectively, and large coercive fields as 22 and 20 kV·cm-1 respectively. Excellent electrical properties make the crystals be hopeful to suit for high-power ultrasonic transducers and underwater acoustic transducers. At the excitation of 800 nm laser, both crystals exhibit emission bands from near infrared to blue and green light. The emission bands of blue and green light correspond to the transition emissions of neodymium ions from 4G9/2, 4G7/2 to ground state 4I9/2 and erbium ions from 2H11/2 to 4I15/2, respectively.
