【Abstract】 In his speeches after many visits of the northeast provinces,Xi Jinping,the General Secretary,pointed out the ideas and concepts affecting the overall revitalization and all-round revitalization of the northeast area. He required that Northeast should emancipate their minds and renew their concepts so as to realize the comprehensive and all-round revitalization. The formation of their ideological limitation has profound causes in history,institution,reality and culture. Under the guidance of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech on inspecting Northeast China,we should base ourselves on regional conditions,adhere to problem orientation,break the limitation in thoughts,change ideas and concepts,transform the new ideas and concepts of Xi’s speech into new actions and new consciousness in the revitalization,promote the overall and all-round revitalization,cultivating and forming a new economic belt of the Northeast area.更多还原
