肉桂丙酮提取物成分分析及其对5种植物病原菌的抑制作用

【摘要】 【目的】为深度开发利用肉桂资源。【方法】采用GC-MS方法对肉桂丙酮提取物成分进行分析,并研究该提取物对5种植物病原菌的抑制作用。【结果】肉桂丙酮提取物共分离出8种化合物,鉴定出6种,其中肉桂醛占已知成分的88.39%;其对茄链格孢菌半最大效应浓度(EC50)为45.68 mg/L(y=6.0544x-5.0487,r=0.977)、烟草赤星病菌EC50为50.13 mg/L(y=2.9681x-0.0461,r=0.981)、多隔镰刀菌EC50为91.09 mg/L(y=3.0824x-1.0399,r=0.980)、灰葡萄孢菌EC50为86.59 mg/L(y=4.9445x-4.5799,r=0.964)、大豆炭疽病菌EC50为105.09 mg/L(y=4.4133x-3.9218,r=0.965)。【结论】肉桂丙酮提取物对该5种植物病原菌均显示出抑菌效果,对茄链格孢菌最敏感,抑制作用最好。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 This purpose of the article aimed to deeply develop resources of Cinnamomum cassia. 【Method】 In this paper, GC-MS method was used to analyze the components of acetone extract, and those inhibition to 5 kinds of plant pathogenic germ were studied. 【Result】8 compounds were isolated from acetone extract of C. cassia and 6 compounds were identified, among which cinnamaldehyde accounted for 88.39 percent of the known components. The half maximal effective concentration(EC50) of acetone extract on Alternaria solani, Altternaria altternata, Fusarium decemcellulare, Botrytis cinerea and Colletotrichum glycines were 45.68 mg/L(y =6.0544x-5.0487, r=0.977), 50.13 mg/L(y =2.9681x-0.0461, r=0.981), 91.09 mg/L(y =3.0824x-1.0399, r=0.980), 86.59 mg/L(y =4.9445x-4.5799, r=0.964) and 105.09 mg/L(y =4.4133x-3.9218, r=0.965) respectively. 【Conclusion】Acetone extract of C. cassia showed the best inhibitory effect on the 5 plant pathogens, and was the most sensitive to A. solani.
