【摘要】 目的分析左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素在宫颈炎患者中的应用效果以及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取2016年5月-2017年12月我院接受治疗的118例宫颈炎患者为研究对象,分为对照组和研究组,每组59例。其中,对照组患者予以阿奇霉素治疗,研究组在对照组应用阿奇霉素的基础上联合左氧氟沙星治疗,治疗3个疗程。对比两组患者治疗后的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、生活质量以及血清白介素(IL)-6、降钙素原(PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等血清炎症因子水平的变化情况。结果研究组患者治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者恶心呕吐、下腹疼痛、食欲不振等不良反应的发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者IL-6、PCT、TNF-α、CRP等指标均有所降低(P均<0.05),且研究组均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎效果良好,不良反应发生率低,可提高生活质量,促进宫颈恢复,值得临床上进一步应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in patients with cervicitis and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods Total 118 cases of cervicitis that were treated in our hospital during the period of May 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study object,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 59 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin,and the study group combined with azithromycin on the basis of azithromycin in combination with levofloxacin,and each group received three sessions of treatment. The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,quality of life,serum levels of IL-6,PCT,TNF-alpha and CRP were compared between the two groups. Results The effect of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting,lower abdominal pain and loss of appetite in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P all<0.05). The quality of life after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The indexes of IL-6,PCT,TNF-α,and CRP in the study group(ERAT)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P all<0.05). Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with azithromycin has achieved good results in the treatment of cervicitis,which is beneficial to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of life of the patients and promote the recovery of the patients. It is worth further application and promotion in clinical practice.更多还原
