【摘要】 目的了解某医院临床护士人文关怀能力的现状,分析其影响因素,为后期制定有针对性的临床护士人文关怀能力培养策略提供科学依据。方法选取某医院临床护士1135名,发放关怀能力调查问卷,采用SPSS22.0统计学软件进行统计描述和统计推断。采用t检验或方差分析进行人文关怀能力影响因素的单因素分析;采用多元线性回归分析的方法对人文关怀能力的影响因素进行多因素分析。结果临床护士人文关怀能力得分为195.68,低于国外护士人文关怀能力得分常模水平203.10～220.30;关怀能力问卷中认知维度得分为(77.28±6.33),勇气维度得分为(59.58±6.24),耐心维度得分为(58.83±6.68),均低于国外常模。结论临床护士人文关怀能力较低,护理管理者需制定有针对性的人文关怀培养策略,逐步建立院校护生教育、新入职岗前教育和在岗继续教育三位一体的护理人文关怀培养体系,通过"传帮带"的工作模式、人文关怀护理的长效机制以及营造人文工作氛围等措施,全面提升临床护士人文关怀能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the current situation of humanistic care ability of clinical nurses in a hospital and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide scientific basis for formulating targeted strategies for cultivating humanistic care ability of clinical nurses in the later stage. Methods: A total of 1135 clinical nurses in a hospital were selected and investigated with the caring ability questionnaire. SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for statistical description and inference. T-test or variance analysis were used to analyze the single factor influencing the ability of humanistic care. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the ability of humanistic care. Results: The score of humanistic care ability of clinical nurses was 195.68, lower than the norm level of that, which is 203.10～220.30 for foreign nurses. Among them, the score of cognitive dimension was(77.28 ±6.33), courage dimension was(59.58±6.24)and patience was(58.83±6.68), both lower than the foreign norms. Conclusion: Clinical nurses have low humanistic care ability. Nursing managers need to formulate targeted strategies to cultivate humanistic care, gradually establish a trinity nursing humanistic care training system of nursing student education, pre-job education and on-job continuing education in colleges and universities. This study suggested that the humanistic care ability of clinical nurses should be improved comprehensively by means of the working mode of "transmission and guidance ", the long-term mechanism of humanistic care, and the creation of a humanistic working atmosphere.更多还原
