【Abstract】 This study analyzed the meaning of medical profession from the perspective of red culture, including four aspects: the patriotic concept of "people-oriented", the mission concept of inheriting and creating for the motherland’s medical culture, the ecological concept of caring for the rivers and mountain of motherland and the bearing concept of medical responsibility. It also analyzed the phenomenon of the lack of red cultural humanistic spirit, including: the lack of red care, the indifference of honesty consciousness, the weakening of innovative spirit and so on. And then, it put forward the ways to cultivate the humanistic spirit of red culture for medical students, including: to integrate the teaching resources of red culture, to organize and establish research and practice teams of red culture, to subsidize poverty to express care, to change the teaching management concepts, etc.更多还原
