【摘要】 儿童姑息治疗是针对因患不可治愈疾病(肿瘤或非肿瘤疾病)而导致生命受限重病儿童的一种综合治疗方法。从1978年美国成立世界上第一家癌症儿童居家照护站至今,儿童姑息治疗作为一种独特的且不同于成人姑息治疗的社会医疗服务不断发展。在介绍俄罗斯儿童姑息治疗发展历史、法规基础和组织结构的同时,阐述了俄罗斯儿童姑息治疗体系存在的问题及发展儿童姑息治疗体系的战略措施,希望对解决我国儿童临终关怀的发展困境、推动相关实践工作有一定的参考借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Children’s palliative care is a comprehensive approach for children with severe life-limited diseases caused by incurable diseases(tumors or non-tumorous diseases). Since the establishment of the world’s first home care station for cancer children in the United States in 1978, child palliative care as a unique and different social medical service from adult palliative care has been developing continuously. While introducing the history, legal basis and organizational structure of palliative treatment for children in Russia, this paper expounded the problems existing in the palliative treatment system for children in Russia and the strategic measures for developing the palliative treatment system for children. It is hoped that it can be used for reference to solve the development dilemma of hospice care for children in China and to promote related practice.更多还原
