【摘要】 目的探讨循证护理在妇科腹腔镜术后护理中的应用效果.方法:选出88例腹腔镜术后患者,根据不同护理措施将其分为常规组与循证组,每组44例,分别实行常规护理及循证护理,对比其效果.结果:循证组的腹腔镜术后首次排气时间和首次排便时间短于常规组,并发症的发生率(4.5%)低于常规组(13.6%),护理满意度(97.7%)高于常规组(84.1%),腹腔镜术后的舒适度高于常规组,差异均显著(P<0.05).结论:循证护理在妇科腹腔镜术后护理中的应用效果显著,可减少并发症,提高护理满意度,提高患者术后舒适度,值得推行.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aims of this article was to explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods Eighty eight casas of laparoscopic surgery patients in the first and second gynecological wards were selected.According to different nursing measures,88 patients were divided into the routine group and evidence-based group(n=44).They were treated with routine nursing and evidence-based nursing,respectively.The nursing results were compared.Results Times of both the first venting and the first defecation time of the Evidence-based group were shorter than those of the routine group.The incidence of complications(4.5%)was lower than that in the routine group(13.6%).The nursing satisfaction(97.7%)was higher than that in the routine group(84.1%),and the degree of comfort after laparoscopic surgery was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing was effective in gynecological laparoscopic surgery,which can reduce complications,improve nursing satisfaction and enhance postoperative comfort.更多还原
