【Abstract】 A systematic analysis and study are made of the problems present in the plant′s raw coal pretreatment, heavy medium separation, flotation, press filtration, slurry water treatment and message network systems and process links, in a bid to further improve coal cleaning efficiency and curtail operating cost. Based on analysis, work is made on rational renovation and optimization of the above mentioned systems for improving reliability of equipment and simplification of processes. Through the optimization work, in addition to the availability of a sound infrastructure and intelligentized system, the mechanization and automation level has been much enhanced. This provides a basis for ultimately turning the plant step by step into an high-efficiency intelligent coking coal cleaning plant.更多还原
