稀缺炼焦煤中煤再选潜势研究

【摘要】 为了明确钱家营选煤厂稀缺炼焦煤中煤再选的可能性,对钱家营选煤厂三种中煤产品开展破碎、磨矿和浮选试验,分析了三种中煤的再选潜势。根据试验结果,并结合技术经济效益,研究发现:块中煤占中煤总量的6.97%,再选精煤质量合格,但分选难度大、加工成本高,仍需要进一步深入研究其工业规模的再选可能性;末中煤占中煤总量的60.47%,但常规解离后再选的精煤灰分难以达标,再选难度极大;浮选中煤占中煤总量的32.56%,通过解离再选试验可以释放出大量合格精煤,具有较好的再选价值。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the possibility of making rewashing of the middling product of the scarce coking coal primary washing process at Qianjiaying Coal Preparation Plant, flotation test is conducted on 3 kinds of crushed and ground middling products for determining their respective rewashing potentials. According to the test result and techno-economical analysis, it is found that: the coarse middling product which accounts for 6.97% of the total is highly adaptable to rewashing in quality, yet the process is difficult and high in cost. So the possibility of making rewashing of the middling product on an industrial basis needs to be further investigated; for the small-size middling which makes up 60.47% of the total, its rewashing process is extremely difficult because only through ordinary liberation process, the ash of rewashed clean coal can hardly meet the required standard; rewashing of the liberated flotation middling product, which shares 32.56% of the total, can have a high yield of up-to-standard product, indicating that the middling has a high rewashing potential.
