【摘要】 目的探讨60岁以上老年人接种23价多糖肺炎球菌疫苗(PPV23)的效果。方法选144例60岁以上PPV23疫苗接种的老年人,按照年龄分成60～64岁/65～69岁/70～74岁/≥75岁四组,观察其免疫结果。结果免疫后23种血清型功能性抗体检测水平明显高于免疫前(P<0.05);24种抗体2倍增加率大部分为100.00%。结论 60岁以上老年人接种23价多糖肺炎球菌疫苗可提高免疫原性,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of 23-valent polysaccharide pneumococcal vaccine(PPV23) on the elderly over 60 years old.Methods 144 elderly people over 60 years old who were vaccinated with PPV23 were divided into four groups according to their age: 60-64,65-69,70-74,and over 75 years old. The results of immunization were observed. Results The detection level of 23 serotypes of functional antibodies after immunization was significantly higher than that before immunization(P < 0.05); the two-fold increase rate of 24 serotypes of functional antibodies was 100.00%.Conclusion Vaccination of 23-valent polysaccharide pneumococcus vaccine in the elderly over 60 years old can improve the immunogenicity and is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
