复方紫草乳液的制备工艺及稳定性研究

【摘要】 提取复方紫草处方有效成分,制备复方紫草乳液,考察其稳定性。采用正交试验法考察提取复方紫草有效成分的最佳工艺,制备成复方紫草乳液并检测微生物和重金属含量,通过模拟化妆品在高温、低温、温度剧变、强光照射、离心(重力作用)贮存条件进行试验,考察复方紫草乳液的稳定性。结果发现,复方紫草处方提取最佳工艺为加10倍量的水,煎煮提取2次,每次提取0.5 h;制备成的复方紫草乳液肤感较细腻,微生物和重金属含量均符合化妆品的监管要求;稳定性研究表明,在高温、低温、温度剧变、强光照射、离心(重力作用)的条件下,复方紫草乳液性状、颜色未发生改变,无沉淀,无分层,未酸败,同时有效成分紫草素的含量未发生明显变化。表明复方紫草乳液的制备工艺较佳,应用稳定性较高。

【Abstract】 The active ingredients of the compound Lithospermum prescription were extracted to prepare the compound Lithospermum emulsion and its stability was investigated. Orthogonal experiment method was carried out to study the optimum process for extracting the active constituents of compound Lithospermum prescription. Then the compound Lithospermum emulsion was prepared and the microorganisms and the content of heavy metals were detected. The stability of the compound Lithospermum emulsion was investigated by simulating the storage conditions of cosmetics in high temperature, low temperature, sudden temperature change, strong light irradiation and centrifugation(gravity). Results showed that the best extraction process of compound Lithospermum prescription was to add 10 times of water, extractiing 2 times by decoction with 0.5 h per extraction. The prepared compound Lithospermum emulsion has a delicate skin feel, the microorganisms and heavy metals content meets the requirements of cosmetics. Stability studies showed that under the conditions of high temperature, low temperature, sudden temperature change, strong light irradiation, and centrifugation(gravity), the compound Lithospermum emulsion had no change in character and color, no precipitation, no stratification, no rancidity, and the content of active ingredient shikonin did not change significantly. The preparation process of the compound Lithospermum emulsion is better and the application stability is higher.
