【摘要】 目的了解在校大学生对男性生殖健康保健的认识,为高校健康教育提供理论依据。方法作者2018年随机抽取凯里市两所高校710名男性学生进行问卷调查及分析。结果 710名被调查者中,收回问卷688份,对男性生殖保健知识了解很多者占11.7%,了解一点者占53.1%,不了解者占35.2%。39.67%受调查者认为自身存在生殖健康问题,并有不同程度负面心理影响。在校男性大学生对自身生殖健康知识的认知评估有偏差;获得生殖健康知识的途径多样化,以网络途径为主,缺乏系统性和准确性。结论当代男性大学生对生殖健康知识以及产生的危害严重缺乏认识。高校应加强在校大学生的生殖健康教育,同时重视新生的生殖系统体检。同时,公立医院应加大宣传力度,便于群众发现问题时能及时就诊,获得规范治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the knowledge of male reproductive health among male students in universities, in order to provide evidences for reproductive health education inuniversities.Methods 710 male students from two universities were randomly selected for questionnaire survey and analysis in 2018.Results A total of 710 individuals were surveyed and 688 undergraduates actually completed the survey. 11.7%, 53.1% and 35.2% of the students knew a lot, a little and little knowledge of male reproductive health respectively. 39.67% of the respondents believed that they had reproductive health problems with different degrees of negative psychological effects. The cognitive evaluation of their reproductive health knowledge was biased. The access to reproductive health knowledge was diversified, mainly through the network.Conclusions Contemporary male college students lack knowledge of reproductive health and its harmfulness. Colleges and universities should strengthen the reproductive health education and pay attention to the reproductive system physical examination of freshmen.
