【摘要】 目的了解上海市青少年对于性与生殖健康教育的现状及需求,为今后开展学校性与生殖健康教育提供依据。方法应用横断面调查的研究方法,采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,抽取上海市4所中学作为研究对象。内容包括一般人口学特征,如性别、年龄、年级、父母基本情况,以及中学开展性与生殖健康教育的情况和学生对该类教育的需求等等。单因素分析采用卡方检验,多因素分析采用Logistic回归分析。结果共795名中学生参加本次调查研究,22.14%的对象认为自身的性与生殖健康知识足够,很欠缺的占12.70%;对于学校开展性与生殖健康的必要性,83.90%的对象认为学校有必要开设相关课程,尤其是异性交往方面。女生希望开设相关教育的期望较低(OR=2.887,95%CI:0.446～0.851),集体宿舍居住学生更希望进行相关教育(OR=2.887,95%CI:1.069～7.796)。结论中学生认为自身性与生殖健康知识欠缺,中学开展相关教育的情况不佳,需进一步加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the present situation and demand of adolescent sexual and reproductive health education in Shanghai, in order to provide the basis for the development of school-based sexual education. Methods A cross-sectional survey and multi-stage randomized cluster sampling method were used in this research. 4 middle schools in Shanghai were selected as the research sites. The content of investigation included general demographic characteristics like gender, age, grade and the basic situation of parents, the situation of sexual and reproductive health education in middle schools and the demand of students for such education. Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were performed to analyze the data. Results A total of 795 middle school students were surveyed in the study. 22.14% of the students said that they had sufficient knowledge of sexual and reproductive health and 12.70% admitted lack of such knowledge. 83.90% of the students considered it necessary for schools to offer relevant courses, especially that of heterosexual contacts. Female′s expectations of relevant education was low(OR=2.887, 95%CI: 0.446～0.851) and students lived in the dormitory were more interested in related education(OR=2.887,95%CI:1.069～7.796). Conclusions According to the middle school students, their sexual and reproductive health knowledge is deficient and such education provided in school should be further strengthened.更多还原
