【摘要】 目的探讨干扰素联合微波治疗对尖锐湿疣患者疗效及性生活质量的临床价值。方法选取2016年2月至2017年1月枣庄市皮肤病性病防治院收治的女性尖锐湿疣患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为两组,各40例,对照组均通过微波进行治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上使用干扰素a-2a,对比干预后两组炎症相关性细胞因子水平及干预后两组女性性功能指数(FSFI)变化情况,统计两组治疗后整体复发情况、评价整体疗效。结果干预后观察组炎症性细胞因子中TNF-α、IL-1及hs-CRP水平均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),随访3个月时间中,观察组干预后FSFI评分各指标及总分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组干预后临床有效率大于对照组(P<0.05),随访期间,观察组1个月及3个月复发率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对女性尖锐湿疣使用干扰素联合微波治疗,可有效降低机体炎症反应,提高临床效果,减少复发率,同时还能提高女性性生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of interferon combined with microwave therapy in the treatment of patients with condyloma acuminatum and the quality of life. Methods 80 cases with female genital warts admitted in our hospital from February 20 to January 2017 were divided into two groups according to the random number method. The control group was treated by microwave. The observation group was treated in the control group The levels of inflammatory cytokines in the two groups were compared with those of the two groups. The overall recurrence of the two groups was evaluated and the overall curative effect was evaluated. Results The levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and hs-CRP in the inflammatory cytokines were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). After 3 months of follow-up, the FSFI scores(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The follow-up period was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Interferon combined with microwave therapy for female genital warts can effectively reduce the body′s inflammatory response, improve the clinical effect, reduce the recurrence rate, but also improve the female sexual quality of life.更多还原
