植物生长调节剂对樱桃矮化砧木‘YT101’嫩枝扦插生根的影响

【摘要】 为确定樱桃矮化砧木‘YT101’嫩枝扦插的最优生根剂配方,解决该砧木扦插成活率低的难题,以樱桃矮化砧木‘YT101’嫩枝插条为试材,采用不同种类、浓度的生长调节剂处理,研究其对樱桃砧木扦插生根的影响。结果表明,生长素处理可以极显著提高矮化砧木‘YT101’的生根率,其中以IBA 1 g/L处理效果最佳,极显著高于其他处理。浸泡时间长短对插条的生根率、根系长度等指标影响不大,根系数量随着浸泡时间的增加有先增加后降低的趋势,但影响程度在1条以内。生产中考虑到实用性和简便易行的原则,选择5 min为适宜,若批量生产则速蘸处理更为适合。1 g/L IBA速蘸处理3类砧木,与‘吉塞拉5号’和‘吉塞拉6号’相比,‘YT101’的生根率、根系数量、根系长度均最大,分别达到96.46%、23.73条和17.71 cm。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the poor survival rate for twig cutting of cherry dwarf-rootstock‘YT101’and obtainingthe optimum formula of rooting regulators, the effects of different rooting regulators with various concentrationsand soaking durations on cutting rooting of twigs of cherry dwarf-rootstock‘YT101’were studied. The resultsshowed that the plant growth regulators increased the rooting percentage significantly and the combination ofIBA with concentration of 1 g/L was the optimum. The rooting percentage and root length did not demonstratesignificant difference after different soaking durations. By increasing the soaking duration, the root number hada slightly reduction after a little increase. Considering the practicability and convenience, it was appropriate touse IBA 1 g/L with soaking duration of five minutes, while the quick dipping could be applied in batchproduction. Compare with that of‘Gisela 5’and‘Gisela 6’, rooting percentage(96.46%), root number(23.73)and root length(17.71 cm) of cherry dwarf-rootstock‘YT101’were the maximum after the application of IBA1 g/L with quick dipping.
