【摘要】 从使用者需求、使用状况和设计评估三方面对长三角地区小城镇养老设施进行使用评价,调研结果显示该地区小城镇养老设施存在供需不均衡、使用状况欠佳、利用率低、实用性差等现象,反映出其设计理想与实际使用之间的矛盾。结合调研样本案例分析小城镇养老设施现存套用城市经验的错位、自上而下设计的失当、适宜性规范和标准的缺乏等问题,提出适宜于小城镇养老设施现状的解决方案和设计策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the three aspects of user demand,use status and design evaluation,this paper evaluates the use of the facilities for the elderly in small towns in the Yangtze river delta.The survey results show that there are some problems,including unbalanced supply and demand,poor use condition,low utilization rate and poor practicability.These demonstrate the contradiction between the ideal design and the actual use of facilities for the elderly in small towns.With the investigation of sample cases,this paper further analyzes such problems as the dislocation of applying urban experience,the misconduct of top-down design,and the lack of appropriate standards,and puts forward solutions and design strategies applicable for small towns.更多还原
