【摘要】 目的探究巴林特小组团体心理干预方式对护士自我效能感和情绪劳动的作用效果。方法以2017年4月-7月新疆医科大学附属中医医院内科护理单元、外科护理单元以及其他护理单元共计65名护士为研究对象,随机分为干预组(32名)和对照组(33名),干预组护士接受6周巴林特小组团体心理干预,对照组护士无干预。采用自我效能感量表和情绪劳动策略量表,对2组护士干预前后的自我效能感和情绪劳动状况进行分析比较。结果与团体心理干预前比较,团体心理干预后干预组护士自我效能感、深层表演、自然感受行为得分均提高,表层表演得分降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);与对照组比较,团体心理干预后干预组护士自我效能感、深层表演、自然感受行为得分均提高,表层表演得分降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论团体心理干预有助于提高护士的自我效能感水平,改善护士情绪劳动状况,值得在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of group psychological intervention of Balint group on self-efficacy and emotional labor of on-the-job nurses.Methods A total of 65in-service nurses from the medical nursing unit,surgical nursing unit and other nursing units of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were randomly divided into intervention group(32nurses)and control group(33nurses),which were collected from April to July,2017.The intervention group was treated with group psychological intervention of Balint group for 6weeks,while the control group was without intervention.Before and after the intervention,self-efficacy scale and emotional labor were investigated by strategy scale.Results Compared with before the group psychological intervention,the scores of self-efficacy,deep performance and natural feeling behavior of nurses after intervention were all higher,the surface of surface performance was lower,with statistical significance(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of self-efficacy,deep performance and natural feeling behavior of nurses in the intervention group were higher,the surface of surface performance was lower,with statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion Group psychological intervention is helpful to improve the self-efficacy level of nurses and their emotional labor status.It is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.更多还原
