【摘要】 目的探讨急性胸腹部创伤诊断中多层螺旋CT的临床价值。方法随机抽取2017年2月-2018年12月前往本院门诊和住院部就诊的患者128例,随机分为两组,对照组进行X射线诊断,研究组进行多层螺旋CT诊断。比较两组诊断疗效、与手术及随访结果的符合率。结果研究组诊断疗效高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组诊断与手术及随访结果相比,符合率较高(P <0.05)。结论急性胸腹部创伤诊断中,多层螺旋CT的诊断效果显著,诊断结果准确、可靠,应该在临床上多加广泛推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute thoracic and abdominal trauma.Methods 128 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was diagnosed by X-ray and the study group was diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT. The diagnostic efficacy and the coincidence rate with surgical and follow-up results were compared between the two groups. Results The diagnostic effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05), and compared with the results of operation and follow-up, the diagnosis rate of the study group was higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of acute thoracic and abdominal trauma, multi-slice spiral CT is effective, accurate and reliable, and it should be widely applied in clinic.更多还原
