【摘要】 目的探究多学科合作模式在终末期肝泡型包虫病根治性肝切除患者加速康复护理中的应用价值。方法采用便利抽样、历史对照的方法,选取2017年6月-2018年3月笔者所在医院收治的26例终末期肝泡型包虫病患者为观察组,采用肝脏外科围术期常规护理;2018年4月-2019年1月的27例患者作为对照组采用多学科合作模式下的加速康复路径护理,观察两组间首次排气时间、疼痛评分、住院时间、并发症发生率、患者满意度之间的差异。结果加速康复组术后首次排气时间提前,住院时间缩短,各阶段疼痛均有所减轻,护理满意度更高,并发症总发病率降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科联合加速康复外科理念应用于终末期肝包虫病根治性切除术围手术期护理具有良好的临床效果,能够缩短术后排气及住院时间,提升临床康复效果,有效地提高患者对护理的满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative nursing of radical hepatectomy for end-stage hepatic vesicular echinococcosis in the mode of multidisciplinary cooperation. Methods Convenient sampling and historical control were used to select 26 patients with end-stage hepatic vesicular hydatidosis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to March 2018 as the observation group, and routine perioperative nursing of liver surgery was performed. From April 2018 to January2019, 27 patients in the control group were treated with the accelerated rehabilitation path nursing in the mode of multidisciplinary cooperation, and the differences in first exhaust time, pain score, length of hospital stay, incidence of complications, and patient satisfaction between the two groups were observed. Results In the accelerated rehabilitation group, the time of first exhaust after surgery was advanced, the length of hospital stay was shortened, the pain at all stages was alleviated, the nursing satisfaction was higher, and the overall incidence of complications was decreased, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion Concept of multidisciplinary accelerated rehabilitation surgery applied in the perioperative nursing of radical resection of end-stage liver echinococcosis has a good clinical effect, which can shorten postoperative exhaust and hospital stay, improve clinical rehabilitation effect, and effectively improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing, and is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
