基于有限元法的跳线线夹温度场计算及影响因素分析
Temperature Field Calculation and Influencing Factors Analysis of Jumper Clamp Based on Finite Element Method
【摘要】 针对跳线线夹过热问题,建立了跳线线夹三维模型。考虑跳线线夹运行过程中同时存在自然对流散热和热辐射散热,采用有限元法对跳线线夹的三维温度场进行了计算和分析,得到了接触电阻、环境温度和负载电流对跳线线夹温度的影响规律,并建立了一种判断跳线线夹接触情况的模型,提出了一种判断工况下跳线线夹接触情况的方法。研究结果可为判断跳线线夹接触情况及跳线线夹的优化提供参考。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the problem of jumper clamp overheating,a 3 Dmodel of jumper clamp was build.Considered it was jointly existed that the natural convection heat dissipation and heat radiation dissipation during the operation of the jumper clamp,the 3 Dthermal field distribution of the jumper clamp was calculated and analyzed by using finite element method.Based on the calculation of that,the influence rules of contact resistance,ambient temperature and load current on the temperature of the jumper clamp were researched.At last,the method for judging the contact condition of the jumper clamp under the working condition was presented.The researching results provided references for optimization of judging contact condition of the jumper clamp and jumper clamp.
