【摘要】 随着中国互联网的蓬勃发展,网络失信事件大量涌现,网络诚信建构成为亟待解决的问题。网络诚信问题既体现了互联网自身发展的特点,同时也是现实世界诚信状况在网络中的反映与延伸。熟人社会是当前中国社会现实并在现实诚信建构中发挥着积极作用。对网络是陌生人社会的认识并基于此以法制为主要进路,是目前网络诚信建构最主要的运思进路。文章认为基于当前中国社会现实而进行网络诚信建构,应当是予以充分考虑的运思进路,特别是大数据时代的来临,为此种网络诚信建构运思进路提供了现实的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the booming development of Internet in China,a large number dishonesty incidents on Internet have appeared.The construction of internet integrity has become an urgent mission.The issue of internet integrity is not only the reflection of the characteristics in Internet development,but also reflect and extend the integrity situation of the real world to the virtual internet world.Currently,acquaintances society is a major characteristic of social reality in China,and has playing apositive role in the construction of realistic integrity.Based on the cognizance that the virtual internet society is a stranger society,it is the most important way to construct Internet integrity by build a legal system with refined rule of laws.The paper deems that the construction of Internet integrity should based on the current social reality of China,should made breakthrough thinking,especially in the big data era which provides a realistic possibility for the construction of Internet integrity.更多还原
