‘和田’玫瑰休眠枝扦插影响因子研究
Study on Factors Affecting the Dormant Branch Cutting of Rosa damascena‘Hetian’
【摘要】 采用基质种类及植物生长调节剂种类、浓度和浸基时间4因素4水平L16(44)正交试验设计,比较‘和田’玫瑰休眠枝插穗根系和复叶生长状况,探讨‘和田’玫瑰(Rosa damascena‘Hetian’)休眠枝扦插成活的影响因素,通过优化组合筛选出‘和田’玫瑰适宜的休眠枝扦插方法。结果表明,与4组对照相比,4种基质上IBA、IAA、NAA、2,4-D不同浓度、浸基时间组合处理均不同程度促进了‘和田’玫瑰休眠枝插穗的根系及复叶生长,提高了扦插成活率。影响‘和田’玫瑰休眠枝扦插成活的主次关系为:基质种类>植物生长调节剂种类>植物生长调节剂浸基时间>植物生长调节剂浓度,筛选出促进插穗成活效果最优组合为:400 mg/L IAA浸基1.0 h+河沙处理。
【Abstract】 The orthogonal experiment of L16(44) was carried out by four factors:matrix type,plant growth regulator type, concentration and soaking time to compare the root system and compound leaf growth of Rosa damascena‘Hetian’dormant branch cuttings, and to explore the factors influencing the survival. Finally,the optimum cutting method of dormant branch of Rosa damascena‘Hetian’was selected through the optimized combination. The results showed that different concentrations of IBA,IAA,NAA,2,4-D and soaking time on the four substrates promoted the growth of roots and compound leaves of Rosa damascena ‘Hetian’ dormant cuttings to different degrees,and improved the survival rate of cuttings. The primary and secondary relationships affecting the survival of Rosa damascena ‘Hetian’ dormant branch cutting were:substrate type>plant growth regulator type>plant growth regulator soaking time>plant growth regulator concentration. The optimal combination of promoting the survival effect of cuttings was:400 mg/L IAA soaking 1.0 h+river sand treatment.
