在线教育平台用户的持续使用行为研究

【摘要】 文章采用系统综述的分析方法,对国内外在线教育平台用户持续使用行为的研究现状和研究趋势进行了全面分析和深入探究。文章发现:国内外针对在线教育平台用户持续使用行为的研究均已形成了较为完整的知识体系和较为成熟的研究流程,理论研究均重视从单一的、信息科学理论主导的技术研究视角向多元的、跨学科理论融合的管理研究视角的转变;但国内研究内容倾向于通用型,研究方法相对静态、零散,而国外研究内容倾向于特定型,研究方法更动态、系统。文章的研究是对在线教育平台用户持续使用行为研究知识体系的补充和丰富,有助于推动互联网与教育教学的深度融合,实现产学研的良性互动。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the systematic review method was adopted to systematically analyze and deeply investigate the research status and research trends of users’ continuous usage behaviors on online education platforms. Results showed that domestic and foreign research on users’ continuous usage behaviors on online education platforms formed a relatively complete knowledge system and a relatively mature research process, and their theoretical researches emphasized the transition from a single, information science theory-led technology research perspective to a multi-dimensional and interdisciplinary theory integration management research perspective. However, the content of domestic research tended to be universal, and its research methods were relatively static and fragmented, while the content of foreign research tended to be specific, and its research methods were more dynamic and systematic. Results of this paper was an enrichment and supplement to the knowledge system of users’ continuous usage behaviors on online education platforms, which was contributed to promoting the deep integration of Internet and education teaching, and realizing the positive interaction between industry, university and research.
