【摘要】 文章从北京市和山东省抽取783名中小学生,进行了为期一年的跟踪调查,从视力、呼吸频率、体重指数、坐位体前屈四个方面探究每周使用网络学习环境时长对中小学生身体健康的影响。通过协方差分析,文章发现:中小学生每周使用网络学习环境时长对视力有显著影响,但对呼吸频率、体重指数、坐位体前屈无显著影响——不同性别、学段的中小学生受每周使用网络学习环境时长影响程度的对比结果也基本与此相符;稍有不同的是,每周使用网络学习环境时长显著影响女生/小学生的左、右眼视力和男生/初中生的左眼视力,并显著影响初中生的体重指数;中小学生每天使用网络学习环境的时长应控制在1.5小时以下。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, 783 primary and middle school students in Beijing city and Shandong province were selected for a one-year follow-up investigation, and the effects of time length of using Interent learning environment each week on physical health of primary and middle school students were explored from four aspects of sight, respiratory rate,body mass index, sit and reach. Through covariance analysis, it was found that time length of using Internet learning environment each week by primary and middle school students had a significant effect on their sight, while had no significant effect on respiratory rate, body mass index, sit and reach. Meanwhile, the comparative results of primary and middle school students with different genders and learning stages that affected by time length of using Internet learning environment each week were basically consistent with the above conclusion. Slightly different was that time length of using Internet learning environment each week significantly affected the left and right eyesight of girls/primary school students and the left eyesight of boys/middle school students, and significantly influenced the body mass index of middle school students. In addition, it was proposed that the time length of using Internet learning environment each day by primary and middle school students should be controlled at less than 1.5 hours.更多还原
